The company takes care of the adaptation of machines according to the new European standards, optimises existing systems through the study of new applications, and carries out the design from scratch of industrial presses, tailor-made according to the customer's specific requirements, providing technical and operating and maintenance manuals.

The design begins with a thorough analysis of the customer's request and parameters such as flow rate, pressure and speed.

Following implementation, each press system is tested before proceeding with installation and service, ensuring a complete and accurate service. 

Pressoil also specialises in revamping and retrofitting hydraulic systems. 

These operations restore the efficiency of machines, prolonging their service life and ensuring high performance in line with the latest regulations, according to the Machinery Directive 98/37CE.

These services involve a complete mechanical overhaul, with dismantling, cleaning and replacement of worn components, returning machines to, or improving on, their original performance. 

Retrofitting focuses on integrating advanced technologies, such as new motors, PLCs and safety systems for Industry 4.0, improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
