Hydraulic blocks - Manifolds

Hydraulic blocks are designed to distribute and manage the flow of hydraulic oil within a hydraulic system. The purpose is to simplify the configuration of the hydraulic system and improve the operating efficiency of the machine. The operation of hydraulic blocks depends on the type of work that the machine to which it is to be fitted performs; this is done via the various channels and valves in the block. As the hydraulic oil is distributed into the system via the pumping units, it passes through the channels of the hydraulic block and is regulated via the various control valves. These valves can direct the flow of oil to various components in the system, controlling the pressure, flow rate and direction of the oil according to operational specifications.
